Deborah Oluyori is a passionate educator, parenting advocate, and visionary behind Brave Future Leaders—an early education and life skills program designed to raise confident, creative, and future-ready kids. As a U.S. Army veteran, certified parenting coach, and Certified Kidpreneurs Educator, Deborah brings both structure and heart into every program she creates.

Her journey began not in a classroom—but in a doctor’s office. During a routine visit, a simple question about screen time sparked a turning point. Deborah, like many parents, was concerned about the effects of screen exposure on her children’s brains, emotional regulation, and social development. After so much research and study, what she uncovered was alarming: excessive screen time was not just consuming children’s attention; it also shaped their habits, behaviors, and relationships.

Determined to make a change, she immersed herself in learning everything she could about healthy tech habits, child development, and family connection. After months of intentional research and lifestyle changes, Deborah successfully reduced her children's screen time, and something incredible happened: they became more focused, more imaginative, and more engaged with the world around them. That journey led her children to launch their own business, E&Z Creative, where they design kid-friendly products that spread positivity and creativity.

Fueled by this transformation, Deborah wrote a book to help other families do the same—guiding parents to break free from screen struggles and build deeper, lasting bonds with their children.
From that experience, Brave Future Leaders was born: a place where children are empowered to build confidence, explore entrepreneurship, speak with boldness, and lead with heart.

Today, Deborah uses her expertise to teach kids how to build confidence, think creatively, speak boldly, and lead with heart. She empowers children to go beyond the screen and discover their full potential.

She is trusted by parents for her practical tools, nurturing guidance, and unwavering commitment to helping children thrive. She believes every child is born with greatness—and with the right environment, they can rise to meet any future with courage and confidence.

When she’s not teaching or developing curriculum, Deborah is exploring big ideas with her own children, mentoring young creatives, and encouraging parents to raise leaders who inspire the world.
